Insurance Sales Representative
Full-time · Boise / Nampa / Caldwell, ID · In-office with flex
You'll meet with prospective clients — referrals, inbound leads, and your own network — to understand their lives and recommend the right insurance coverage. You're consultative, not pushy. You like winning, but you like keeping clients even more.
What you'll do
- Quote and bind auto, home, life, and commercial policies
- Run discovery conversations with warm leads and referrals
- Build a personal book through community and referral activity
- Service existing clients at renewal and life-event moments
- Hit weekly activity and monthly production targets
What you bring
- 1+ years in sales, hospitality, or any client-facing role
- Coachable, competitive, and comfortable on the phone
- Idaho P&C license a plus — we'll sponsor and pay for it if not
- A clean driving record and the right to work in the U.S.
